Black sesame oil – Considered one of the most penetrating vegetable oils, bringing moisture and nourishment to your skin, Black Sesame oil is perfect for massage. It may be used for aiding digestion, stimulating blood circulation and benefiting the nervous system.
Calendula - Calendula oil is a natural oil extracted from marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis). Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties making it popular for use in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash.
Cardamom - Cardamom is a warming oil that promotes digestive well-being, reduces stress, calms muscle spasms, and eases nausea. It is also used to help relax breathing and can be uplifting to those struggling with fatigue or depression.
Cassia - Extracted from the bark of a Cinnamomum cassia plant, Cassia is another warming essential oil with a myriad of benefits that can help the mind and the body. For centuries, this sister to the cinnamon spice has been used to maintain physical health and aromatically to support emotional well-being.
Cinnamon - Cinnamon Essential Oil is reputed to reduce inflammation, paired with its antibacterial properties make it ideal for use as a healing aid.
Clove - Clove essential oil is high in antioxidants and has potent anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Clove essential oil can help in times of emotional distress, helping you to cut through deep melancholy, and get to the root of issues.
Ginger - Its anti-inflammatory properties are due to the compound gingerol, which helps to reduce inflammation in the body. Ginger oil can also be used to alleviate muscle aches and pains, reduce nausea, boost immunity, and improve digestion, and has been used to boost motivation.
Orange – used for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, Orange oil can also relieve pain, reduce anxiety and promote mental alertness.
Shatavari - Shatavari powder is popular in ayurvedic medicine and it used to regulate the hormones produced by the hypothalamic, pituitary, and adrenal glands. Once the plant root is dried and crushed, it’s used to support a range of issues such as balancing hormones, supporting lactation, and as an antioxidant and antiviral.
Turmeric - Turmeric Essential Oil is a lot more concentrated than the powdered form. It's packed with positive qualities, including antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiallergic, antiparasitic, anti-worm, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and photoprotective. Turmeric can help improve concentration and cognitive function, as well as boost memory retention. It is also thought to have a calming, balancing effect on mood.
